KIN Craft Ramen is so delicious and has the most beautiful aesthetic inside the restaurant. The food also came out super fast and the server was super kind and constantly check up on our table and was very engaging throughout our dinner. The star of the show has to be the uni udon, pork belly skewer and the assorted sashimi! The uni udon inn partially was so creamy and cooked to perfection. This place was definitely on the pricier side but it was worth it! I would definitely come here again

Kin Izakaya is yet another interesting dining experience, courtesy of Kei Concepts restaurant group. Kin's concept is meant to be a slightly upscale, reimagined look at izakaya and izakaya-adjacent offerings. My partner and I came in on Saturday at 5:00pm -- we had made a reservation, but the restaurant was not at all busy when we arrived, so I think it would be worth trying to just walk in. For drinks, we ordered the Matcha Cloud and Guava Calpico. Both were very pretty and quite tasty; very easy to drink. Foodwise, we opted to share the Chirashi Bowl and Truffle Salmon Crudo as our appetizers. The latter would definitely be our recommendation -- soft, melty cuts of salmon in a truffle oil/soy sauce, sprinkled with microgreens. So good and such a luxurious pairing of flavors. We also ordered some skewers as well -- one pork belly, chicken, and filet mignon for each of us. The skewers were good, but not necessarily worth coming here for; we've both had better at lower prices elsewhere. They also were not delivered simultaneously, which made for a slightly awkward dining experience -- one chicken skewer would arrive, and I would demurely brush off my boyfriend's gentle suggestions to eat and not wait for him, over and over until the skewer ended up getting cold. Not a big deal, but I think the rhythm of the meal would've been a little better if they were served together. All in all, we're glad we tried it! Another notch in our belt in our quest to try all of the Kei Concepts dining experiences.

Dinner at Kin Izakaya is a great choice with great service. A lot more selection than their lunch menu. The skewers: bacon enoki, chicken, lamb are all well seasoned and although are a bit pricier than other izakaya places around the area, are come with better quality and presentation. The seafood Tom Kha Ramen comes with a balanced amount of seafood and unlimited noodles. The salmon collar was also super crispy and juicy definitely one of the highlights of the meal. Overall: 9.5/10

Kin is a great place to come to for a tasty bowl of ramen. We went during lunch hours (open-5pm) so the menu is a little limited- no yakitori or any raw items available during this time, only offered during dinner. Nevertheless, we came to order ramen and we were not disappointed! We ordered the calamari as a starter and chili garlic shoyu ramen and the seafood Tom kha ramen. Our food was served with very little wait. Service was quick and attentive- staff was friendly and often offering to fill up our drinks and offering extra noodles for our ramen. The star was definitely the Tom kha ramen. It was so flavorful and packed with shrimps, scallops, squid, you name it. The soup base was bomb! I highly recommend the seafood Tom kha ramen if you like Thai flavors! They also offer extra noodles for free- a huge plus for us.
